We are pleased to offer a Referral Reward Program designed to thank our valued clients for introducing new travelers to our services. Through this program, eligible referring clients may earn referral rewards when a qualifying group completes their travel, while referred travelers receive an exclusive per-person booking discount. The following Terms & Conditions outline the eligibility requirements, reward structure, and program details.
Referring Party refers to the client who submits a qualified referral for a group booking and is eligible to receive a referral reward.
Traveling Party refers to the group of travelers who complete the referred booking and travel as scheduled.
This referral reward program is available to clients who refer a qualifying group booking. The Referring Party must be an existing customer in good standing at the time of referral.
A qualifying booking is defined as a group reservation consisting of one (1) or more travelers that is successfully confirmed and completed as scheduled. Canceled, modified, or non-traveled bookings do not qualify for reward issuance.
Referral rewards are issued to the Referring Party based on the final number of travelers in the Traveling Party, as follows:
The total referral rewards issued to any single Referring Party are limited to a maximum of $1,999 payout per calendar year, regardless of the number of qualifying group bookings referred during that period.
Reward distribution will occur following the Traveling Party's successful departure and completion of travel. Rewards will not be issued in the event of cancellation, no-show, or failure to travel for any reason by the Traveling Party.
Referral rewards will be issued to the Referring Party exclusively via PayPal or Zelle, using the payment details provided by the Referring Party. Rewards will not be issued as a refund, credit, or adjustment to any prior credit card or travel-related payment. The Referring Party is responsible for ensuring that all payment information is accurate and current.
Members of the Traveling Party will receive a $100 discount per traveler on the referred group booking. The discount applies only to the qualifying referred group and is calculated based on the final number of travelers. For example, a group of two (2) travelers will receive a $200 total discount.
To qualify for reward issuance, the Traveling Party must provide the Referring Party's email address at the time of booking. Referrals submitted after booking confirmation may not be eligible for reward consideration.
All referral rewards and discounts may be subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The Referring Party is solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with the receipt of referral rewards. The company does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax liabilities incurred as a result of participation in the referral reward program.
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program, including reward amounts and eligibility requirements, at any time without prior notice.
Any suspected fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or abuse of the referral program may result in disqualification from reward eligibility and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
Participation in the referral reward program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. All decisions regarding eligibility and reward issuance are final.
